MAC MANAGEMENT
REFUND POLICY

Digital product sales are final except for documented technical failure.

Because MAC MANAGEMENT sells digital products and access, refunds are limited to genuine delivery, access, or billing problems that can be verified.

Final Sale Policy

All digital planner purchases, printable-file purchases, downloads, and paid subscription periods are final and non-refundable where permitted by law. This includes accidental purchases, duplicate personal purchases not reported promptly, change of mind, not using the product, or choosing the wrong format after checkout.

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be reviewed if a customer paid and did not receive the purchased access or file, was charged because of a verified technical glitch, was charged twice for the same product by mistake, or received a product that is materially broken and MAC MANAGEMENT cannot provide a working replacement or reasonable fix.

Proof Required

Refund requests must include proof of the issue, such as the order email, checkout email, payment date, product name, screenshots or screen recording of the problem, device and browser details, and a clear explanation of what failed. MAC MANAGEMENT may ask for additional details before approving or denying a refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription customers can cancel future renewals through the customer portal or by contacting support@macmanagement.pro. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current or previous billing period unless there is a verified access, delivery, or billing failure.

How to Request Help

Email support@macmanagement.pro as soon as possible with your proof and order details. MAC MANAGEMENT may first attempt to restore access, resend a file, correct the billing issue, or provide a working replacement before issuing a refund.
